HHS’ CyberCARE (cybersecurity communication, awareness, response, and education) initiative manifests the HHS Secretary’s vision to augment HHS cybersecurity awareness by distributing weekly tips to all HHS staff. CyberCARE reaches all HHS employees to include 80,000 federal employees and 40,000 contractors in all Operating Divisions and Staff Divisions across the Department.
